Stock, finance & operations
Write, save and print company letters
Prepare official correspondence with recipient details, company letterhead and a saved document history.
Before you begin
Review company identity and permission to prepare letters. Have the recipient and signatory details.
Step by step
- Open Company Letters and search existing documents before creating a new letter.
- Enter internal title, letter date and printed subject, then recipient name, attention line and address.
- Write the letter body and review signatory details. Save a draft before preparing the print version.
- Reopen and preview company letterhead, content and page layout. Mark ready to print only after review.
- Use the available print or PDF download, then verify the output. Archive or restore documents using the supported controls when needed.
Check the result
The saved letter and downloaded version should match in date, recipient, subject and content.
Common question
Does saving a recipient email send the letter?
Do not treat document saving as delivery. Use only a separately available, intended sharing or sending action.
