Find exports, instalments and daily business tools
Find supporting tools for data transfer, instalment records, files, reporting and subscription management.
Before you begin
Check company selection, role permissions and enabled modules. Keep source records when making bulk changes.
Step by step
- Use product registration or Quick Add for new products and Bulk Update for supported catalog edits. The current Import Data route redirects to Export Data; it is not a general file importer.
- Open Export Data and select the permitted dataset and filters. Check the exported columns and reporting period before sharing a file.
- For instalment sales, review the customer's plan, schedule and recorded collections in Instalments. Verify the linked sale and outstanding amount before recording another collection.
- Use Files and Letters for supported documents, Personal Records for personal entries, and Notifications or Search to find relevant activity.
- Review Analytics for the selected period and Subscription for current plan access. Use Support when a record needs investigation, including its reference and a description of the issue.
Check the result
Check a sample edited record and exported totals against the source. Instalment collections should match the intended customer and schedule.
