Feemo Terms and Conditions

1.Consent, content safety and Google API use

You must not use Feemo or its integrations to create, upload, store, distribute or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or manipulated depictions. Sexual exploitation and violations of privacy, consent or third-party rights are prohibited. Use of Google APIs must comply with applicable law, the Google APIs Terms of Service and the terms of the connected service. Report suspected abuse through Contact or authenticated Support. Feemo may restrict content or account access while investigating.

2.Optional Facebook and Google sign-in

Choosing Continue with Facebook or Google authorizes the provider to share the login information described in our Privacy Policy. These methods are optional where offered; available email, password and verification methods remain subject to Feemo's account rules. You must use an account you own or are authorized to use, provide accurate details, and complete any required email verification and merchant signup or legal acceptance. Provider consent does not replace acceptance of Feemo's applicable terms or merchant agreement.

3.Account linking, permissions and provider availability

Feemo may link a provider identity to a compatible existing account only under its verification and security rules. A Facebook or Google identity does not grant access to another merchant's customers, a merchant team or the platform administration area. Keep a recovery method available: denied permissions, a missing email, provider removal or a provider outage may prevent social sign-in. Facebook and Google operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies; their availability is not guaranteed and using their login does not imply they endorse Feemo.

4.Disconnecting social login and deleting data

You can remove provider access through Facebook or Google and request removal of a Feemo provider binding or account through the Privacy Policy's deletion instructions. Provider disconnection does not itself cancel a subscription, delete Feemo-held records or resolve outstanding payments or orders. Any billing obligations and necessary record retention follow the applicable terms and law. We verify your authority before processing a deletion request.

5.Feemo software service

Faheem Irfan Technologies operates Feemo, a SaaS ecommerce and business software platform. Feemo subscription fees buy digital software access, not physical goods. Independent merchants remain responsible for their products and customer sales.

6.Accounts and team access

Provide accurate business and account details, protect your credentials and authorize team access appropriately. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for your eligibility to operate your business.

7.Plans, trials and paid access

Your selected plan and checkout show the configured price, billing period, capacities, features and any eligible discount. Monthly and yearly terms are available where configured; trials follow the published plan eligibility and duration. Paid access requires verified provider payment or an approved payment through Feemo's supported workflow.

8.Billing and renewal

Pay the confirmed subscription and any selected add-on or usage charges under the applicable commercial terms. Automatic renewal operates only where enabled and supported by the payment provider. A new paid term requires payment confirmation. Your purchased price remains valid for the current term; future price changes apply from the next renewal.

9.Cancellation

You can request cancellation at any time through subscription settings or Support. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal and preserves paid access until the exact end of your current billing period. A scheduled cancellation can be reversed before period end where supported; a stopped provider mandate may still require a new verified payment. Normal cancellation does not automatically refund unused time. See the Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy.

10.Plan and capacity changes

Upgrades can require the applicable mid-cycle or prorated payment shown at checkout. Downgrades and capacity reductions follow Feemo's period-end rules. Existing business records and history are not deleted merely to fit a lower plan; plan limits can restrict new activity.

11.Payment providers and billing questions

Safepay and other configured providers supply third-party payment services. Their availability and payment confirmation affect billing. For duplicate or unexpected debits, contact Feemo before attempting another payment. We review the provider record; bank/provider posting or reversal time may be outside our direct control.

12.Merchant responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful products and content, stock, pricing, taxes, customer disclosures, fulfillment and your storefront policies. Do not use Feemo for fraud, unlawful trade, infringement, spam, malware or unauthorized access, or interfere with other businesses or platform security.

13.Availability and security

We maintain and improve Feemo, and maintenance or third-party outages can affect availability. Protect your account and report suspected compromise. Feemo does not promise uninterrupted service, absolute security, merchant sales or business growth.

14.Intellectual property

Feemo's platform, software and brand are operated by Faheem Irfan Technologies. Merchants retain rights to lawful business content and authorize the hosting and processing needed to provide the service. Using Feemo does not transfer ownership of merchant inventory or storefront revenue to Feemo.

15.Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for security risks, unlawful activity, material breach, non-payment or harm to the service or other users. Data handling remains subject to available controls, unresolved obligations and applicable requirements.
