Privacy Policy

1.Google services and permitted purposes

Google sign-in is used only for account creation, secure linking and authentication. Merchants may separately authorize the optional Google Drive Files workspace to store and manage business documents and files. Drive authorization is separate from sign-in. Feemo does not use Google APIs to create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Such content and violations of privacy, consent or third-party rights are prohibited; see our Terms and Acceptable Use policy.

2.Facebook and Google Login: information we receive

Facebook and Google Login are optional ways to sign in or sign up where offered. Feemo, operated by Faheem Irfan Technologies, receives and processes the information shared with it through the provider's authorization screen. Facebook Login requests email and public_profile permissions. Google Login requests openid, email and profile permissions.

• We use the provider's account identifier, name and email address when supplied. Google also supplies an email-verification status used to assess account linking. The current login flows do not store a provider profile photo.
• Facebook Login does not request friends lists, posts, messages, Pages access or advertising permissions. Google Login does not request Gmail messages, contacts, Calendar or Drive files. A separately authorized Google Drive business integration is distinct from Google Login.
• Feemo does not receive your Facebook or Google password. Provider access tokens are used on the server to retrieve login information and are not retained as account credentials.

3.How social-login information is used and shared

We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify the appropriate Feemo account, prevent duplicate or unauthorized account links, maintain account access, and protect against misuse. Storefront customer records remain associated with the relevant merchant/company; marketplace customer and merchant/team access follow their own account permissions.

• New Facebook and Google connections require Feemo email verification before creating or linking an account. Google must also provide a verified-email response. Social login does not grant merchant membership or platform-administrator access.
• Provider identifiers are used internally for authentication and are not published as public profile information. A name or email supplied during signup may become part of your account or the relevant merchant's customer record.
• Authorized staff and hosting, email and security service providers may process information as needed to operate and support the service. The relevant merchant can access customer information within its authorized business context, subject to its own privacy obligations.
• The social-login integrations do not sell provider profile information, use it for targeted advertising, or send it to analytics as login-event parameters. Authentication requests are exchanged with the selected provider; Meta and Google process their own service interactions under their own policies.

4.Social-login storage, retention and security

We retain account names, email addresses and provider account bindings while needed to provide your account and until removed through an authorized unlinking or deletion request, subject to the limited retention described below. Access is restricted by account, company and role. Login credentials are protected on the server; browser storage is used to maintain Feemo sessions and complete login securely.

• Facebook and Google authorization and pending verification records expire after ten minutes at each relevant stage. Expired temporary profile records are removed by the service's cleanup process; expiry prevents further use even before cleanup runs.
• Logging out or clearing browser storage ends or removes local session access; it does not delete your account or the records held by Feemo.
• Orders, invoices, payments and limited security or dispute records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or unresolved transactions. Any retained records remain restricted and are not used to keep a removed social-login connection active. Backup copies are removed through the backup-retention cycle.

5.Remove Facebook or Google access

You can withdraw provider access in your Facebook Apps and Websites settings or your Google Account's third-party connections settings by selecting Feemo and removing its access or sign-in connection. Removing provider access does not itself delete information already held by Feemo. To remove the binding or request deletion from Feemo, follow the instructions below. Arrange an available email/password recovery method before disconnecting a provider if it is your only sign-in method.

6.Facebook and Google data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of Facebook/Google login information, removal of a provider connection, or deletion of your Feemo account without signing in. Email [email protected] with the subject 'Feemo data deletion request', or use the public Contact page or authenticated Support.

• Include your Feemo account email, whether you used Facebook or Google, and the relevant store URL or business name if applicable. State whether you want only the social-login connection removed or the whole Feemo account deleted.
• Send the request from your registered email where possible. We verify ownership or authority before changing or deleting records; never send a password, OTP, provider access token or payment credential.
• After verification, we process the requested removal of provider identifiers and associated profile data from active account records, or the requested account deletion. We respond with the outcome and explain any records that must be retained and why. Contact us through the same channel to check your request's status.
• Removal of a provider connection can leave an existing Feemo account usable through another authorized login method. Account deletion can remove access to orders and business features. For records controlled by an independent merchant, we may coordinate with or direct you to that merchant after checking your authority.
• Removing Feemo access in Facebook or Google is separate from requesting deletion of Feemo-held data. This request does not delete your Facebook or Google account; use the provider's own account controls for that.

7.Scope and operator

Feemo is a SaaS ecommerce and business software platform operated by Faheem Irfan Technologies. This policy covers merchant accounts, authorized team members, storefront shoppers and customers, and visitors to Feemo.pk.

8.Information we process

Depending on the features used, Feemo processes account and business details, subscription and billing records, catalog and inventory information, customer and order records, delivery details, support communications, device/session information, and authentication, security and audit records.

• Merchant business and customer records are scoped to the relevant business account.
• Passwords and verification secrets are handled by authentication systems and are not analytics parameters.
• Payment providers handle payment credentials through their checkout. Feemo uses payment references, status and billing information to verify subscription payments and provide paid access.

9.How information is used

We use this information to provide account access, subscriptions, catalog and inventory operations, storefronts, checkout, fulfillment, accounting, reporting and support, and to protect the service against misuse.

10.Cookies and analytics

Essential storage supports sign-in, security and preferences. The public Feemo site loads Google Tag Manager for analytics and marketing only after you accept optional cookies. Reject optional cookies or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Corporate events use non-sensitive interaction context. Merchant storefront analytics and consent are configured separately. Cloudflare Turnstile protects supported account forms against automated abuse.

11.Service providers

Configured infrastructure, email, object/media storage, analytics, authentication, payment and courier providers process information needed for their role. Safepay and other payment providers supply payment confirmation records. Provider processing may take place across locations and is subject to their own terms.

12.Retention and security

Records are retained for operational, security, audit, contractual and applicable legal needs. Retention varies by record type and unresolved obligations. Feemo uses tenant-aware authorization, roles, permissions, audit records and protected server-side credential handling. No system can promise absolute security.

13.Your choices

Use available account and business controls to manage information. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests; we verify account authority and assess applicable retention obligations. Merchants remain responsible for their own lawful use of shopper information.
