1.Agreement and versioned acceptance
A merchant must actively accept this Merchant Agreement and the Privacy Policy during signup. Feemo records the accepted document versions, time, account and company, plus limited request context for auditability.
2.Merchant responsibility
The merchant controls its business, listings, prices, stock, customer commitments, taxes, staff access and legal compliance. Feemo supplies software workflows and hosted commerce capabilities.
3.Products and prohibited activity
Merchants must not offer illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive or restricted goods or services, or use Feemo to facilitate abuse, unauthorized access or financial crime.
4.Storefronts, domains and marketplace
Merchants may use Feemo-hosted storefront routes, subdomains, eligible custom domains and marketplace discovery. They are responsible for domain rights, public content, product accuracy and customer-facing policies.
5.Orders, payments, shipping and returns
Merchants own fulfillment and customer-service decisions. Payment and delivery providers operate under separate agreements; Feemo does not guarantee provider approval, settlement or delivery performance.
6.Customer information
Merchants must access and use customer information only for legitimate commerce operations, protect it from unauthorized use and comply with applicable privacy and communication requirements.
7.Subscriptions and changes
Trial eligibility and duration are shown from Feemo's current published plan configuration. The subscription selected for paid access defines the applicable fees, limits, billing period and entitlements.
8.Security and account administration
Merchants must maintain strong credentials, appropriate team permissions and accurate ownership information, and promptly address suspected compromise. Feemo may apply proportionate controls to protect tenants and the service.
9.Content and intellectual property
Merchants warrant they have rights to submitted content and authorize Feemo to host and process it to provide the service. Feemo's platform, brand and software remain protected.
10.Suspension, termination and data
Material breach, security threats, unlawful use or applicable billing failures may lead to restrictions or termination. Data export, retention and deletion depend on available features, unresolved obligations and applicable requirements.
11.Warranties, liability and indemnification
Exact warranties, liability limits and indemnity obligations require the verified commercial terms applicable to the merchant. Feemo does not promise guaranteed growth, uninterrupted availability or outcomes controlled by third parties.
12.Changes, notices and disputes
Material agreement updates use a new version and effective date. Contracting details and applicable law determine formal notices, governing law and dispute venue.
These public policies explain the baseline terms for using Feemo. Businesses should obtain independent legal advice for obligations specific to their country and operations.
