1.Platform operator

Feemo's platform, software and brand are operated by Faheem Irfan Technologies. Feemo is a SaaS ecommerce and business software platform for independent merchants.

2.Merchant content and inventory

Merchants remain independent businesses and retain responsibility for and ownership of, or lawful rights to, their catalog and business content. Feemo does not acquire ownership of merchant stock or inventory merely because a merchant uses the software.

3.Storefront sales revenue

Revenue from an independent merchant's storefront sales belongs to that merchant, subject to refunds, chargebacks, taxes and payment-provider obligations. Feemo charges its merchants its own SaaS subscription, add-on and usage fees under the applicable commercial terms.

4.Payment providers

Providers such as Safepay supply payment processing services. Processing a payment does not give a provider ownership of Feemo.
