1.Consent, intimate imagery and Google API use
Do not use Feemo or its integrations to create, upload, store, distribute or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or manipulated depictions. Sexual exploitation, abuse and violations of privacy, consent or third-party rights are prohibited. Google API use must comply with applicable law, the Google APIs Terms of Service and the terms applicable to the connected service. Report suspected violations through Contact or authenticated Support; Feemo may restrict content or account access while investigating.
2.Lawful use
Use Feemo only for lawful commerce and authorized platform activity. Users must follow applicable product, consumer, tax, privacy, payment and delivery obligations.
3.Prohibited goods and content
Do not list or distribute illegal, stolen, dangerous, counterfeit, infringing, deceptive or unlawfully restricted products, or content that exploits, harasses or harms others.
4.Platform abuse
Do not probe, disrupt or bypass security; automate abusive requests; upload malware; scrape protected data; impersonate others; misuse APIs; evade limits; or interfere with another tenant.
5.Messaging and personal data
Do not send spam or use customer information outside legitimate authorized purposes. Never place secrets, payment credentials or unnecessary personal data in public fields or analytics events.
6.Enforcement
Feemo may investigate reports, preserve relevant audit information, restrict content or access, and cooperate with valid legal process. Actions should be proportionate to risk and contractual obligations.
7.Reporting concerns
Use the public Contact page or authenticated Support area. A dedicated public abuse or security email is not published until a verified address is available.
These public policies explain the baseline terms for using Feemo. Businesses should obtain independent legal advice for obligations specific to their country and operations.
