Search business records and review storefront discovery
Find authorised records and inspect the customer search tools available in the Search workspace.
Before you begin
Know the name, SKU, barcode or reference you need and your permitted branch scope.
Step by step
- Open Search and enter at least two characters for business-record search.
- Review grouped results and their branch labels before opening the intended record.
- For storefront search, inspect the available redirects and curated suggestions rather than assuming every query has a configured destination.
- Check product naming, SKU, barcode, brand and category information that contribute to search matching.
- Test a known product in the public storefront and verify filters and the selected destination on mobile.
Check the result
Results should lead to the correct permitted record or product and preserve the intended context.
