Inspect the selected storefront's indicators and compare them with actual orders and published content.
Before you begin
Use insights access and select the same storefront and date range for comparisons.
Step by step
- Open Storefront Insights and confirm the selected storefront.
- Choose available date and scope filters and read each metric's label before drawing conclusions.
- Compare reported activity with actual order and payment records for the same period.
- Inspect products, navigation or content connected to a change in performance and test them as a signed-out visitor.
- Make a focused content or operational improvement and compare an equivalent later period using the same filters.
Check the result
A reported trend should be interpreted with dates, storefront scope and the definition of its underlying metric.
