Use your signed-in company context and the notification scope available to your role.
Step by step
- Open Notifications and review operational alerts and announcements.
- Use available filters to find unread or relevant records and check their timestamps and expiry.
- Open the notification's source link to inspect the actual order, security event or other referenced record.
- Mark read using the available controls after reviewing. Read status is separate from resolving the underlying issue.
- Use Feemo announcements for platform notices and return to the source module to complete any required work.

The notification should lead to the intended record and its read state should reflect your review.
