Review subscription plans, billing and enabled modules
Use current published terms and the merchant subscription workspace to understand access and billing.
Before you begin
Use the business owner or authorised billing account and check the intended company.
Step by step
- Open Subscription and inspect the current plan, status and billing period shown for the company.
- Compare available modules and limits with the current Pricing page rather than an old screenshot or guide.
- For an available plan change, review billing cycle, currency, trial eligibility, add-ons and the final checkout total before confirmation.
- Complete only the intended billing action and review its returned status and payment history where available.
- Verify enabled capabilities after the change. Use current cancellation and refund policies when reviewing subscription options.
Check the result
The company, plan, billing cycle and enabled access should agree with the confirmed subscription record.
